      The 8 GB Micron ram memory card that I bought was advertised as “new” but arrived in a used, open package with a different brand name on it. The card works and I will keep it but it should not have been listed as new. Please read the EBay definition of “New” as shown in your ad for this item.

      This was pulled from a NEW Dell XPS 8960 that was purchased in 2025. I order these computers with 8GB RAM and a 512GB SSD (lowest specs). I'm not paying Dell overpriced markup. I add 32GB or 64GB of Crucial RAM and a 2TB or 4TB Samsung 990 Pro SSD. The memory packaging is reused.

      Attempted to purchase item with "Buy it now" button. Payed item and shipping cost in full with paypal and less than an hour later seller canceled my order, blocked me, and relisted the item. Seller gave false reason of "Issue with buyer's shipping address" I double checked address, everything seemed fine and I have never had issues with other venders. I tried reaching out to the seller as to what problem they had, however after a week I have received no reply.
