It has problems with the print head which is either clogged from sitting for a long time or defective as it may have been an open box unit. I spent a lot of money on this and have a large paper weight so very disappointed in this purchase. The seller told me to go buy "new" HP ink and try again, which I am not going to do as that would be a significant expense on top of the over $300 purchase price that is a shot in the dark...
