        Buyer refused to provide more than 2 photos to verify the extent of the damage (required for claims). The photos provided were an off angle and one was just in the box. In any event I tried to fix the situation and make it right but buyer stated the damage was fixed and threw the box away so "no pictures available now". It was a mistake and I tried apologizing.
