Packaged with care. Shipping cost was a bit outrageous, unsure how a 2lb 10x8x6 package cost 17 bucks for ground advantage. Few marks on the sweater that weren’t shown in the listing.

I don't know what to say about the appearance of a stencil cutting tool. It has a black handle and cord, and 2 metal tips. I normally don't review items I haven't tried, but I received a 4th reminder from eBay , so here you go.
