    I will avoid this seller in the future. I purchased an Agilent 33250A as a parts unit based on the sellers functional disclosure of the unit. Upon arrival, the functionality was far more limited than the seller disclosed. I felt this was dishonest and deceptive. Seller would not return funds after receiving the unit back. I had to ask eBay to step in and provided me a full refund.
