Skirt has a short ruffle & a strip of velvet trim around the bottom hem & is longer at the back hem than it is at the front. Unsure what fabric it is made of, but it feels like possibly grosgrain or a cotton silk blend, & it has a sheen to the fabric. There is a previously mended spot at the center back under the back waist closures & a tear at the middle front right hip. There's a pulled seam at the right side seam below the waist & several holes & other previously mended spots throughout skirt in various places. It's possible there are other small holes, tears, or spots that have been missed. Please look through photos to get a good idea of overall condition.”
