Seller Notes: “Good used antique condition, w/ flaws. Skirt feels like it's made of cotton, but has a slight sheen ... “Good used antique condition, w/ flaws. Skirt feels like it's made of cotton, but has a slight sheen to it, so it maybe has some silk blended into the cotton. There is also an extra layer of fabric around the bottom hem & a layer of a brown wool like fabric also around the underside at hem. The waistband has been repaired at some point & has a floral fabric underneath it on the inside. There is a sticky stain at the inner back waist & multiple stains at the inner hem on the brown wool lining. There are also other small stains throughout skirt. There's a hole at the upper front left on the seam that looks like it had previous stitching across the upper part of skirt. There's a hole at the upper back right & tears along the velvet hem piping. There are other small holes & craters throughout skirt in various spots. It's possible there are other small holes, tears, or spots that have been missed. Please look through photos to get a good idea of overall condition.”
