This skirt is white or a slightly off white color, & has a polka dot & floral lace section along the lower part above the hem. It has snaps & a hook & eye closure at the left side opening, & a button appears to have been added to the top of closure at a later time. The fabric feels like cotton w/ lace at the bottom. There are stains along the waist & stains at the middle front left skirt. There's a cluster of stains at the lower center back above the lace & stains at the back hem. There are other small stains throughout skirt in various spots. There's a previously mended spot at the center front on lace & other previously mended spots at the back right lace. There's a hole at the back left on lace as well. It's possible there are other small holes, spots, or snags that were missed. Please look through photos to get a good idea of overall condition.”
