Feedback was just because buyer was not patient with the ship times.

This buyer received the exact item pictured. After getting the refund, buyer stated he wanted to keep the item. He was told he could keep the item, but needed to pay for it since he was already refunded. He stated it was not worth it. He did not return the item and kept the refund. That is why a partial refund was issued until the item was returned. The item has stil not been returned.
