    The seller failed to say that the booklet for this 2-CD set was missing. When questioned about this failure, the seller replied that he need not say the booklet was missing, which of course is unethical. All sellers routinely say when the booklet is missing. In the case of this purchase, the 76-page booklet on Satie was a major draw. Shame on this seller for insisting that leaving out essential information is not bad business practice. Seller refused to make any accommodation. Bad!
