The detailing is there and the wheels move well. Too, (and my error), the scale is not what I had hoped for. The quality of the paint is poor. Admittedly, I allowed myself to be overly-swayed by the seller's excellent photography. The caboose did arrive in perfect condition, in the box - although I didn't need the box. I am sure the TYCO brand and this scale works for many people.
