Very happy with the arrival of the Conn C melody saxophone. It looks to be in great shape, and I can hardly wait to get it into playing shape again. The seller was uncommonly communicative and was concerned about any delay there might be, but it came quickly enough. Great seller and service too...

Item arrived damaged. The seller told me it was my problem to file a claim with the shipper, which is why I left neutral feedback. Upon closer inspection of the item, I found it had been repaired with super glue and had come back apart. I don't know if the seller did this, but Ebay did refund my money.

Very sorry my friend! Yes when USPS damages a package typically the buyer files the claim and gets the money, however SUPER GLUE! That is really bad. I buy lots of models from yardsales and then sell them out. I didn't expect that a model was damaged so I am very glad you got your money. You did not tell me about the super glue when you filed for a return. Had you done that we could have fixed this more quickly. Best wishes!
