    Elderly guy did not check his eBay messages and had a voicemail box that was full. Once he used the correct video cable everything worked perfect. I blame eBay for this debacle because they allow emotional buyers to immediately leave negative feedback before sellers can even respond. See photo evidence, buyer received item on May 7.(photo-1). I responded on May 8 (photo-2). After buyer used correct video cable everything worked fine (photo-3). I posted the photos under eBay item 205558565711
