They can be quite tricky to align and fit, especially in a location like an oven lamp. Most ovens are now fitted with G9 type bulb fittings which are much easier to fit and are more robust. However, I will accept that this could have been an issue with a particular bulb so if you click on `Return this item' This will enable me to refund your purchase price. There will not be a requirement to return any item. regards JF.
