Seller completely uncooperative in resolving the situation & forced me to argue the toss with eBay. Received refund from eBay however the time & stress just not worth the hassle. Seller needs to understand what their responsibilities are under consumer rights & act with integrity. Not their fault it disappeared, that’s on Royal Mail, but they should have refunded/replaced then claimed against Royal Mail for the loss.
