I'm surprised how he's allowed to operate on eBay??? Sells low quality CD's cheap from South American labels (Argentina/Brazil) which are inferior to European & North American ones. Although official on Discogs, they're cheap-looking print-wise, kinda like bootlegs (due to lower standards). Also sends them in basic thin envelopes hence the low prices. Clever strategy!
