THE BOTTLE FROM HIS OWN EMAIL STATED IT WAS FINE. BUT I ASKED THE BUYER SHOULD I MAIL ANOTHER OUT TO HIM THIS TIME IN A HARD BOX SO AS THE POST OFFICE WOULD NOT CRUSH IT. NO ANSWER FOR DAYS-MAYBE HE WAS BUSY. FINALLY HE STATED NO HE JUST WANTED A REFUND. TO JUST MAKE A BLANKET STATEMENT "HAD TO RETURN" GIVES A NEGATIVE TONE. I ALWAYS MAKE GOOD FOR MY ITEMS AND I WISH OTHERS WOULD JUST BE FAIR.
