The jack takes a lot more abuse. I've sold thousands and for those might have complained before leaving a feedback, we were able to help them use these plugs. I don't make them, I just sell them in my store. I'll absorb the neutral feedback for the 12 months hoping others will read this a know the plug is not usually the problem.
