They said I could return it, but I really would rather a partial refund. The seller offered 10% (Which would be around $27), I tried to counter offer a higher discount ($40) as it will take me time to repair it. They will not respond to my messages. Very hard to get a hold of. Any answer at all would be helpful. But they can not be bothered. Would not recommend because of poor communication.
