I waited a week and reached out the seller said would look into it. Asked two days later for an update and still nothing changed. Supposedly went to fedex and got nowhere there. Had another week of going back and forth with a lot of empty commitments from the seller and I had to wait until I was able to report the situation to ebay to my money back
