      AVOID this seller. This seller advertised 39 Hogans (my size). She sent 36. She would not say that she'd refund my mailing costs, she dragged out responses until finally eBay said that I can't return it. I wrote her telling her I'd rather not open a case and wanted to give her time to resolve the issue, and now I am out the money for the shoes and mailing. She was VERY unhelpful, no responsibility taken for her mistake. I feel I need to warn buyers so that you don't have my experience.
