Feels and looks solid and well made. Cannot say how quickly it charges because I am waiting for 5.0 ah lithium-Ion batteries to arrive. When powered on, a green light glows. I found this same charger listed on ebay for a lower price, however went with this seller. I don't remember why. It was still priced lower on ebay than other sites I visited. Pleased with my purchase.
