Skirt feels like it's made of wool or a wool blend. It has strips of fabric that hang down on the skirt with decorative buttons on them, but many of the buttons are missing & are no longer attached. There is no closure at the waist & there are random hooks at the left side seam, but nothing to hook them onto. There are stains at the upper front left skirt & holes at the upper center back near the waist opening. There's a previously mended spot at the lower center back & one of the fabric panels at the back left is different than the rest of the skirt, possibly added on later. It's possible there are other small holes, tears, or spots that have been missed. Please look through photos to get a good idea of overall condition.”
