I contacted the seller and received a refund. Two days later the coins arrived, although the package had gotten wet and was in terrible condition. The seller was not responsible for any of this. Their communication was wonderful. I arranged to get them their money. The coins I finally received were nice old coins. Good quality and appearance, Fair value.
