Costs should be up front at time of order, not buried in fine print. I received several messages to pay more and I thought what kind of scam is this?? I was ready to report this when I finally received info from seller, this delayed shipment and I paid the price, I will not use DHL or E bay in the future and will be informing other businesses and friends of my experience.Reply from: quatochang- Feedback replied by seller quatochang.- Feedback replied by seller quatochang.The buyer complained about paying $37 import duties. However, this was due to a U.S. Customs policy change at the end of August, which cancelled the duty-free exemption for small parcels. This charge is entirely beyond my control, and sellers should not be held responsible for government-imposed fees.
