I added these to a single V3 Mono and couple weeks back. It was worth the $55 spent to improve the sound as described, maybe more. My set up is probably non-traditional with a Bluesound Node N132 playing mono through a single KEF CI200RR in my kitchen ceiling. The opamp seemed to smooth things out in the treble, add realism to the vocals and bring a slight bass boost.
