Given that it’s a food item, I don’t feel comfortable consuming it given the condition of the item as it arrived. When I reached out to customer support there was no apology or resolution. Just a reiteration that I would not be receiving a refund. Terrible shipping procedure. Even worse customer service. Skip this seller as they don’t care about their products or customer.
