Your purchase was well bubble wrapped & we confirmed that it reached you safely. Yes, the box could have used another strip of filament tape around the long end (my miss! I was excited to get this out the door for you while catching a bus to USPS).Just 4 of our 10K+ parcels shipped to date have failed (99.97% success?), & even fewer products have been damaged. Packaging standards are now in our Terms/Conditions. TY for helping us do better! <3
