This chuck is apparently swaged together, it's not designed to screw apart. I have at least 5 of these, 2 with original chucks and fractured jaws, in which the cone and base are crimped together. I do not know if this chuck is a later original or not. Using a Rigid nylon strap wrench found chuck collar rotates, but does not advance.First time anyone mentioned a brand name. Thank You.
