They advertise the books as “brand new” however I received a used book that had dents and scratches to it. I contacted the seller, and they did nothing about it and claimed it was new. Please tell me why a brand new book is in a package that says used, except for the obvious reason it’s actually used. I would not recommend, or buy from this company again!
