    Never received item and seller was unhelpful after I told them that Canada Post told me to tell them to make a ticket. I will be escalating this with eBay and would never purchase from this seller again.

    tracking shows the item is still en route and in the buyer's city 2 days ago (when they made this comment). I wont call canada post to waste more of their time. they are already on overtime strike and busy enough. buyer seems new to ebay with 10 feedback. this behaviour sucks for sellers. anyway, I guess this is my canada post feedback tax. Thank you Canada Post.
