Very minimal wear and tear.

- t***p (652)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThe item was listed as New but when I unboxed it it had about 4 oz of liquid (I'm assuming it was shampoo but I don't know) in the dog shampoo reservoir and it was missing the microfiber mat so clearly it wasn't New. The worst part was that the suction part worked but it wouldn't dispense the water or shampoo so it was a Used & broken machine. I contacted the Seller about the issue and was refunded. Thank you to an honest Seller but I was very disappointed about receiving a broken machine.
