The seller told me that the parcel had been returned to them because it was unable to be delivered. But everything else I have bought from eBay (and other online retailers) has managed to be delivered - no problems. Disappointed, but I ended up purchasing the DVD from another seller on eBay at a cheaper price, so maybe it will work out better for me in the end. Now waiting for the refund from eBay.
