    Unfortunately the necklace arrived in many pieces. When I informed seller I was told it was not broken because it would be easily fixed if I purchased jewelry repair tools. When I pointed out it could have been packaged better I was told seller suffered catastrophic personal loss—a death in the family—and she hoped I would understand. I really feel for her, so I am not going to ask for a refund, but will not purchase from her again.

    Please check the photos she sent. This is a metal necklace, and it is not broken. The O rings have come apart, and could easily be fixed with a small pliers. I do not know how all of the O rings could have come apart. They were on good, when I sent this out. I am happy she understood my horrible family loss
