    This Review will be difficult. I made several offers for the item with no response. I contacted the seller through Ebay several times and they never responded to any messages. That is all contrary to their manifesto for dealing with them. First they advertised it as a buckle which it is not. It is a bolo. I was an Indian Art wholesaler in New Mexico for over 25 years and knew this artist personally. The lack of just common courtesy to respond is unacceptable. My review is Neutral
