    Arrived with the cover plate all bent. Once unbent, worked great. Packaging looked good. Not sure how that happened. All four slots work great in a server that doesn't natively support PCIe bifurcation. Cooling solution is a little jenk, but it works well! Seller should have a picture of the card with the heatsink removed.

    Thank you for your feedback. I think it should be the transportation that caused the bracket to bend. We did an inspection before shipment and found no deformation of the bracket before delivery.
