Quality is good to fair, it is new but there is no box or packaging as it is truly built on the secondary scale. It is easy to install a 2032 battery ( it comes with no battery) and functions very well. Good value, and appearances is just fine…….hey, it’s a remote control/wand that operates a fan, and I usually keep it in a drawer. I would buy it again. Just know that it is a Dyson knockoff.
