The Targus TGT-BK58T is an ideal camera tripod for beginners and novices alike for use with cameras or compact camcorders. The Targus TGT-BK58T tripod, constructed from professional-grade aluminum has three telescoping sections for each leg and rubber grip feet for a firm hold. The use of radial leg braces enhances stability and strengthens the legs of the tripod. A plastic handle for easy setup of the tripod, dual bubble level indicators, quick release leg locks, and a quick release camera platform are other features of this Targus 58-inch camera tripod. This Targus 58-inch camera tripod attains this height with fully extended legs and has a minimum height of 23 inches when the legs are retracted. It weighs 3.4 lbs and supports camera equipment weighing up to five lbs. The Targus TGT-BK58T tripod supports three-way fluid pan head with tilt up to 180 degrees. A quick release plate allows easy mounting and detachment of the camera on the tripod head.
