The package arrived in good shape, but the delivery was made to a little-used secondary door rather than the main door at the end of the sidewalk. The package had been there for a few days before we found it. When delivering to rural homes, tell personnel to follow the sidewalk. The seller was at NO fault here. We just hope you can get the word out to delivery companies. Thanks.
