    A neutral because the packaging of the violin was atrocious I don't know if he packed it well or if something happened in transit and had to be repacked.So I get this crumbled up box, with only one tape sealing the top and bottom but the top wasn't sealed because it was only 1 tape hanging by a thread. the violin was wrapped in bubble wrap but that was it.this big box had no packing whatsover not the sides not the top not the bottom. I was afraid to open it but thankfully it was ok.
