    Neutral because the transaction went well. That is, item arrived quick was well packaged. So no issue with the dealer. My only complaint concerning the dealer would be that they don't accept returns. The problem is the disc has playback issues in Chapter 4 of the movie and in the supplement interview with the writer. Playback stops and the blu-ray player can't recover. So, I am not happy given the cost of this disc.

    You should have contacted me before leaving feedback. I could have worked something out. The movie was new and sealed. Never had an issue with this title before. You may want to check your player.
