The packaging was nothing more than a plastic pouch with no protection for the item. Package/item was damaged during shipping and the plastic was torn from the item, cracked and damaged the case. The game was a gift so it not matching the description as new was disappointing. Fortunately the game still worked, but seller needs better packaging! Attempted contacting seller but no reply.
