The cassette, as far as I know, was sent late as tracking info was only provided a week after buying which ultimately gave no update at all. After two weeks with no delivery I requested a refund. I contacted the seller again asking for them to accept the refund request which they ignored. After another week it was eBay who had to step in and give me my refund as the seller showed no effort to help resolved the issue.
