The manuals were packaged in the MOST PROFESSIONAL way I have ever seen. From a "Do Not Bend" sticker on the outside of the package, to correctly sized stiffeners added to the front & back, there were lots of extra steps taken & pride shown the the effort to insure the package arrived in good condition.
