The seller fraudulently sold a cleaned up part as new, which was on the listing. When a refund was requested the seller said someone had mistakenly got the wrong part off the shelf, but refused to send a new item. When it came to returning the item a fake return lable was sent, which didn't work. The seller even lied that eBay had told them to tell me to close the case opened and they would refund some of the cost. In the end eBay refunded the full amount after investigating.
