The seller kept me updated on when it was processed and then shipped, which was done the next day after the purchase was made. The item arrived as fast as UPS could. It had a few more scratches then I thought it would based on the one I am replacing. However, it did not have any significant damage as the gouge in the one being replaced. (In stopping quickly to avoid a Moose, a hand truck tried to fly through the front bucket seats and took a small chunk out the cup holder.). Over all very happy
