This is my second purchase from this seller. When the first item showed up with wrong measurements, I tried contacting the seller before making a second purchase for a different item and never had any reply. My second purchase was for two times the same item and as (un)expected, the items also had the wrong measurements. The worst is that the two items were different despite being from the same listing. Like receiving a Pirelli and a Michelin. I don't think this is what eBay should be about.

Absoulutely and unequivocally false. I have not received any messages about any complaints whatsoever. I've been doing this for over 10 years and have been a bike mechanic for over 30 years. I have serious doubts this buyer has the knowledge to use any measuring devices. I'm sorry for your troubles but if you had messaged me I assure you I would have responded.
