I ordered a better looking and dearer remote, but after 12 days it still hadn't arrived, messaged them twice. Then 15 days from ordering it arrived, but was not the one I ordered they gave and a cheaper £10 model. I later found out they were sold out and just thought sending me a cheap one I wouldn't notice, if they would have contacted me it would have been OK with it. So far I still haven't been refunded the difference.
