I requested a return via email within 27 days of the purchase to notify them of an issue with shipping damage and the units being non-functional. Buyer said they needed photos before they could initiate a return for shipping damage. Family issues delayed the photos. I then submitted the official return and the seller contacted me for info and then closed the return without even waiting 24 hours for a response. Because the return is closed, I can't even ask eBay to step in. $$$ lost.
