Absolutely horrible! Ordered May 15th, was shipped May 17th. Was to be on time by May 23rd. Contacted seller and he said to give more time until Sunday, May 27th. Seller was told by then it had not arrived and he said give another day and I refused. Asked for a replacement to be overnighted as UPS stated it is now for sure lost. Since asking for replacement, seller has now set their auto reply on their messages to a generic auto reply stating I will hear from customer service. NOTHING. NEGATIVE
